Do I need to have done strength training before?

Not at all. This challenge is built for everyone, including complete beginners to weights. If you have body awareness and a Pilates practice (however long or short), you have everything you need to start. Lottie will guide you through everything — and there's a dedicated technique video at the very start of the challenge to get you set up with confidence.

What equipment do I need?

A mat, a set of light to medium dumbbells, a set of heavier dumbbells, and a mini band. Lottie uses 2 × 2kg, 2 × 5kg, and has 8kg dumbbells available too — you can change it up throughout. Lottie will offer options so you can work with what you have.

Is this challenge included in my LMP membership?

Yes — the challenge is fully included in your LMP membership. If you're already a member, you're already in. If you're new, join on a free 7-day trial and you'll have access to the challenge and the entire LMP studio from day one.

What if I miss a day?

Life happens. The workouts are there whenever you're ready — there's no pressure to follow the schedule perfectly. Showing up counts, however that looks for you. The nine days start on 1 September, but the workouts are yours to keep for as long as you're an LMP member. Come back to them whenever you need them.

I already have an LMP membership — how do I access the challenge?

The challenge will be live in your LMP studio from 1 September. You'll find it under the challenges section. If you're already a member, you're already in — no extra steps needed. 💛

Can I do this if I'm a complete beginner to Pilates?

The challenge is designed for people who already have some Pilates practice — even a little. If you're completely new to Pilates, we'd suggest starting with LMP's foundations content first to build your base, then coming back to the challenge. It'll feel so much better with a little groundwork.
